Frequently asked questions
Does Stealth Mode really work in restricted countries?
Yes. Stealth Mode uses VLESS-Reality, which mimics genuine TLS 1.3 handshakes to popular sites (Microsoft, Cloudflare). Deep packet inspection systems in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, Pakistan and China cannot distinguish it from regular HTTPS browsing.
What's the difference between Solo, Family and Plus?
Solo covers 3 devices for one person. Family is unlimited devices with Apple Family Sharing — share with your household. Plus adds a dedicated static IP (for banking, work whitelists, smart-home access) and priority Stealth servers.
Is the AI sending my data anywhere?
No. Both AI features — Privacy Insights and Predictive Routing — run entirely on your device using Apple's Foundation Models framework. We have no servers that process your patterns and no way to see what you do.
Does iLove VPN keep logs?
No. iLove VPN is strictly no-logs. We never record your browsing, DNS or traffic, and your private key never leaves your device. We use open-source WireGuard and sing-box so anyone can verify the protocol behaviour; a third-party security audit is scheduled for 2026.
Which devices are supported?
iOS today. Android, Apple Watch, Chrome, Firefox, Windows, macOS, Linux and Router apps are in development. One subscription covers all of them when they launch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and you can cancel anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
